The Poggio de’ Signorelli is an ancient farmhouse, destroyed and rebuilt several times, dating back to the medieval era. It is divided into two large apartments with a pool, a terrace with a view of the olive trees, and a splendid garden furnished and taken care of. Comfortable parking spaces allow access to all facilities.
Falerone Apartment
The apartment, approximately 150 square meters, is characterized by a very large living area, carefully furnished in antique style, with a large and functional fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all accessories and appliances. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Minerva Apartment
The apartment, which measures 65 sqm, is very cozy with a bright living room equipped with a stove, a table for 4 people, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a double bedroom with a large bathroom, and a beautiful terrace that is cool and enjoyable even during the height of summer thanks to the breeze that comes down from the surrounding woods. The terrace overlooks the pool and the garden below.
